Returns Policy
All items are entitled to our 7 day money-back guarantee (apart from custom made pieces of Jewellery made to order). You may return an item to us within 7 days from receipt of your item, for a refund or exchange. Returns policies do not apply on all loose diamonds unless specified under the product information. 

Returns: When returning jewellery items to us it needs to be in its original, unused, unworn condition accompanied by all certification documents (valuation and diamond report if applicable) and its box or packaging. Items damaged due to client negligence will not be accepted for a refund. Once an item has been received and checked over we will process your refund immediately, however the payment may take a several days to return to your account.
